  | RAPID REVIVE TRAINING | REVIVE! is the opioid overdose
and naloxone education
program for the Commonwealth
of Virginia.
REVIVE! provides training to everyone
on how to recognize and respond to an
opioid overdose emergency with the
administration of naloxone (Narcan®).
Anyone can take the REVIVE! training.
There are no special requirements.
Persons who complete the REVIVE!
training are given knowledge and
resources needed to save a family
member or friend who has overdosed on
opioids. REVIVE! is helping people learn
how to recognize and respond to opioid
overdose emergencies by administering
naloxone.

• Trainings offered twice a week
via Google Meets on Tuesdays
from 7:00-7:30 pm and on
Thursdays from 1:00-1:30 pm.
• No registration necessary
• Participants can arrange for
free, contact-less naloxone
dispensing after the training.

training, but would like to be
trained on and receive naloxone,

Citizens can also call 804-727-8515 to request a class through Henrico Area Mental Health and Developmental Services. There are multiple individual virtual classes per week. Free Narcan will be sent to participants upon completion of the training.
